Pneumology is the medical speciality that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the respiratory system. It is a speciality that covers a large number of pathologies: bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), sleep apnoea, pneumonia, tuberculosis, etc. Many of these pathologies can be treated at the Clínica Santa Creu by a specialist, Dr. Pablo Bombá-Rúa.

The diagnostic tests performed are: chest X-rays, chest CT scan (external centre), spirometry with bronchodilator test, gait test and sleep studies.
